Shipping policy

**Where we deliver**

We currently ship coffee beans and brewing equipment within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

**Sharing platters**

Our sharing platters are made fresh to order and are not shipped by post. They're available for local delivery or collection in Oxford only — please get in touch or use our catering page to arrange this. Platters cannot be purchased for national shipping.

**Processing time**

Coffee and equipment orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

**Shipping costs**

Shipping costs for coffee and equipment orders are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

**Free shipping**

Orders of coffee beans totalling £30 or more qualify for free UK shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

**Delivery times**

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days — this depends on the courier and your location. We'll let you know if there's any unexpected delay.
