Grown between 1,700m and 1,850m in the hills of the Rugarama region, this Bourbon variety coffee is naturally processed — dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the whole cherry to impart its sweetness onto the bean.

Expect a bright, layered cup: orange liqueur and blackcurrant up front, settling into almond and chocolate through the finish.
